The Michigan Technological University Transportation Center conducts transportation and transportation materials research and outreach activities. Within the Transportation Center, there are four active programs which are engaged in projects ranging from transportation related research, training and product development to technology transfer and education. Many civil engineering students and faculty are involved in research programs and projects through the Transportation Center.
